How much access to internet does the average Palestinian have?

I see these kind of communities as the only solution for peace. We can go beind the backs of our governments and work on personal relationships with eachother. However, I was thinking. Most Israelis have very good access to internet. What about Palestinians?

I think Palestinians are ok with the Internet. I am not sure about the refugee camps, but most of my friend from West Bank are in touch with me. I can try to submit the link of the forum and let's see what happens. I am more pessimistic about Gaza, especially because of those "unexpected reasons" such as the lack of energy due to the destruction of the electricity provider in the Gaza Stripe (700,000 people have access to energy only a few hours pr day).

Yep. Sorry to all. This is Alice, from Italy. I spent summer 2005 in the Territories and I got the opportunity to visis Israel several times during my stay in the area. In the same occasion, I spent some days in Jordan (hosted by local people). I am in touch with Israeli friends, Palestinian friends and people from all over the world. Hope some of them will participate into the forum.
